Yes! We currently have houses available to move in today.

We are located in the heart of Roatan, a beautiful island in the west Caribbean sea.
Can I build a new house and modify it to my needs?
Yes, our team of architects and engineers can help make your dream home come true.
How long would it take to build a new home?
Between 3 to 6 months.
Can I rent my villa on Airbnb?
Yes, as an owner you have the freedom to rent your home on any platform as long as your guests respect and abide by our community rules.
Pets Allowed?
Yes, small pets are allowed. You will have to fence your house to avoid any inconvenience.
What is the financing plan?
Our financing plan is 50% deposit to reserve and the remaining 50% during the year.
